A pair of former local college stars will join the Lakers in training camp.Former USC guard Julian Jacobs and ex-UCLA forward Travis Wear will join the Lakers when they open the season on Sept. 27 at training camp in Santa Barbara.Jacobs, from Las Vegas, went undrafted after leaving USC following his junior year. He averaged 11.6 points for the Trojans last season and led the Pac-12 with 5.5 assists per game.Wear, who attended Mater Dei in Santa Ana, played at UCLA from 2011-14 and last appeared in the NBA as a rookie with the New York Knicks in the 2014-15 season, averaging 3.9 points and 2.1 rebounds in 51 games.
